 Come along for a full day of scenic countryside, and fantastic twisty roads that lead to lunch at Slim’s BBQ & Grill located in quaint Arcadia. Our ride covers 125 miles one-way, and takes about 3 ½ hours with several comfort stops along the way. Have you ever been to Waterbury? How about Verna or Old Myakka - not new Myakka - Old Myakka? Ever seen the Hidden River or cruised the Canopy Highway? We’ll do Clay Gully and the Sugar Bowl, too! For lunch, Slim’s  offers a wide variety of fare. Slow smoked BBQ of course, and sandwiches, burgers, and grilled fish too, along with a famous gorgonzola salad that’s a meal in itself. All are at very reasonable prices. (another words, it’s cheap - but the food is excellent!) We’ll take a different route back home to make it a full day of some of the finest roads available down south of us! Jim’s ride will leave from Fletcher’s at 9:30a.m. =0D=0A=
