The 3rd Annual Seafood Boil at the Reed's
Sister Beth Snyder will open the festivities with a local ride that will positively get everyone in the mood to eat seafood!!!!
The ride will end at the Reed Residence, where the festivities will begin. Be sure to pack a bag so you can change clothes at the Reed's, as this will be held outside. For those of you that enjoy swimming bring your bathing suit. If you have a preferred beverage of choice feel free to bring it along, otherwise pop and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
Christine Reed has vigorously been in training with the Chief Executive Chef of the Reed household in an attempt to master this great recipe that has been so popular for the last two years.
This year will be a bit different. In the past there have been several different seafood types in this boil, however based on popular demand this year we will have fresh shrimp only. There will be plenty more shrimp then in the past so get ready to put a bunch of those creatures down. The boil also contains red potatoes, corn on the cob, and oh yes that delicious plump sausage!!!!
For those of you who do not enjoy seafood we will provide steak with parsley potatoes. The steak will be cooked to order to ensure it is done to your liking.
The cost per person is $15.00. You must RSVP by May 31rst. Brother Don Koppin will have a signup sheet at the monthly meeting. You can pay Don at the time you RSVP. If you are unable to attend the meeting you can also RSVP by emailing Christine at arubadubmaid@tampabay.rr.com It is also very important at the time you RSVP to advise Christine if you would like a steak instead of the shrimp.

Ride Description: Come take an early morning ride to the Holiday Inn Harbourside for the start of a fund raiser. This poker run is being held for breast cancer awareness and is it's 5th year. There is a good chance to acquire a decent hand as there are seven stops along the route (PORPOISE PUB, SPORTSCASTER BAR & GRILL, DELLA COSTA & NEVILLE, QUAKER STEAK & LUBE, JOE'S CRABSHACK, MUGS ON MISSOURI, CRABBY BILL'S) which should provide a bit of a tour through a part of Pinellas county.
We will be taking a route to the registration point that will give us a chance to warm up the scooters and should have us arriving just before the official start of registration opens.
