Cruise For Kids, March 15, 2008

   On Saturday morning after our LOH breakfast at Mama Flo's, some of us gathered at Fletchers for a ride to Quaker Stake to ride in and support  the Credit Union Cruise For Kids Poker Run. The money that they raise goes to local children's charities. We had 4 bikes and one car.  It wasn't a big group, but it was a good group.

   You had the option of registering at one of the credit unions, doing the poker run and then going to Quaker Stake or going to Quaker Stake and registering and then doing the poker run. Our group went to the credit unions first and then Quaker Stake to hang out and enjoy the music ,each others company , and all the festivities that they had going on.  They seemed to of had a pretty good turn out.  I am not sure of how many bikes were there.

  They also had a bike show and they raffled off a motorcycle. We seemed to hit the jack pot that day because Mike Rieker won for the best sport bike and Roger Reed won the motorcycle and we tied for first place in the Chapter Challenge !!!

                   It turned out to be a great day for us !!!. We had a lot of fun !!
