This morning the indomitable spirit known as Mike Ellis returned to the saddle after a pretty bad accident with injuries to lead a merry band of 7 other hungry HOGers to the legendary Skyway Jack's Restaurant. We had the best of both worlds on the ride, viewing the waters of our very own Tampa Bay from the Bayside Bridge and then traveling due west to Gulf Boulevard where we were treated to views of the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We certainly live in the greatest place on earth, except for maybe the Big Island of Hawaii. After filling ourselves with cholesterol laden eggs, cheese and meats, along with enough coffee to float a Carnival Cruise boat, we all went our separate ways, happy to see Mike back in action and looking forward to next month's Call-in-Sick and Retired and Unemployed Guys or Gals Ride.--John Pantelis

Mike led a great ride along the beaches and we had excellent breakfasts at Skyway Jack's. It's been awhile that I have seen pig's brains on the menu! We had lots of fun on a beautiful day with good people. Thanks Mike!--George Steel
