The Leigh Nolan Memorial Event to benefit the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC) is the primary charity supported by the members of the Florida Bay Area Clearwater Chapter of  the Harley Owners Group. The event is named for the daughter of long-time Chapter members Charlie and Judy Nolan. Leigh was the beneficiary of services from UPARC and it is in her memory that the event was established.

 

This year marked the 10th anniversary of the event, which was held on Sunday, November 1, 2009.
