Rider Awards

Recognizing our Riders of the Month and Annual Award Winners

The FBACC currently has four annual and one monthly Rider Award programs.

Rider of the Month. Each month, the non-officer member who rides in at least three rides is a candidate for Rider of the Month recognition. The rider with the most points is selected from the candidates to receive the award at our monthly Chapter meeting.

The annual Rider Awards are presented each year at our January Chapter meeting.

Denis Chaisson Rider of the Year. This award is presented to the non-officer male Chapter member who has accumulated the most points for ride participation during the year. It has been named in memory of our friend and past Chapter Safety Officer Denis Chaisson.

Kathryn Kane Award. This award is presented to the female Chapter member who has accumulated the most points for Chapter involvement and ride participation during the year. It has been named in memory of our friend and past Chapter Chief Photographer Kathy Kane.

Officer Rider of the Year. This award is presented to the Chapter Officer who has accumulated the most points for ride participation during the year.

Volunteer of the Year. This award is presented to the non-Officer who has accumulated the most points for volunteer service to the Chapter during the year.
